ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — JANUARY 9, 2023 <br />38 <br />Mayor Grant stated he worked with the Chamber as well as the City of Shoreview and Ramsey <br />County to bring a program forward called Welcome Back Lexington Avenue. He reported this <br />program would kick off on January 17. <br />Mayor Grant explained staff would be putting out 25 mile per hour speed limit signs. <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Swearingen reported this was the case, noting staff <br />would be installing these signs on existing posts throughout the City. <br />Mayor Grant noted he attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for Round Lake Senior Living located <br />just north of I-694. He stated this was a very impressive facility that had a park that was open to <br />Arden Hills residents. <br />Mayor Grant explained he would be attending a ribbon cutting/open house on January 10 for <br />Colder Products Company. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilmember Fabel moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a <br />motion to adiourn.
