All surrounding <br />parcels are also zoned R-2, Single & Two-Family Residential District and designated for Low <br />Density Residential Uses in the Land Use Plan. <br /> <br />The Subject Property is the site of the (now demolished) St. Paul Lodge #2 – I.O.O.F, also <br />known as the Oddfellow’s Lodge. The Applicant was issued a building permit to demolish the <br />existing structure in September 2022. The Subject Property was originally approved as a lodge <br />under a Conditional Use Permit (then called a Special Use Permit) in Planning Case #70-36. <br />Since then, an amendment and a minor subdivision have been approved by the City Council.
