Real Solutions. 12224 Nicollet Avenue Burnsville, MN 55337 952-890-05091 Bolton-Menk.com The City of Arden Hills has initiated the 2024 PMP Street and Utility Improvements project to rehabilitate various local streets, replace select watermain segments, and dredge stormwater ponds in the north central portion of the city. This project will require a detailed analysis of the project area with technical design expertise to ensure the right solutions are developed into plans and specifications in an efficient manner.
