Concept Plan Review —1700 Highway 96 W — Senior Apartment Housing <br />Proposal <br />Trident Development Senior Vice -President Roger Fink stated they were proposing 124 units <br />in a three story, wood framed building. He discussed the three areas that they would need to seek <br />variances, based on being in the R-4 Zoning District. The current density allowed is 12 units per <br />acre, they would be requesting 14.95 units per acre. They would be requesting an approximate 39- <br />43 foot building height, and a slightly higher maximum floor area ratio. <br />Community Development Director Jagoe explained the density calculations. <br />
