That spot is reserved for a member <br />of the City Council, and is currently Mayor Grant. Based on annual hotel tax revenues, cities may be <br />eligible for another spot on the board; Arden Hills became eligible for another spot based on 2022 <br />revenues. This additional spot must be from one of the hotels in their respective City, in Arden Hills <br />that’s either the Quality Inn or Springhill Suites. Al Stauffacher, the Director of the Gateway Visitors <br />Bureau, reached out to the hotels to gauge interest and recruit a member on behalf of Arden Hills.
