<br /> <br />Perry Park Pavilion Roof Replacement is recommended in 2023 to be completed by a contractor. The <br />pictures below are from an inspection completed fall of 2022. Replace existing shingles with a 30-year <br />architectural shingle, a full tear off of the existing roof, and replace vents as needed. The existing roof <br />was installed in 2004 and is past it’s usable life at nearly 20 years old. <br /> <br />Park Building maintenance, monthly inspections, and project details below. <br />x Cummings Pavilion <br />o Pressure wash concrete patio/ sidewalks, picnic tables, and exterior of the building. <br />o Touch up yellow warning paint on outdoor concrete trip hazards. <br />o Replace furnace filters, water fountain filter. <br />o Contract to clean HVAC duct system. <br />o Sanitize and deodorize interior rubber flooring. <br />o Replace leaking valve in the mechanical room. <br />x Perry Pavilion <br />o Pressure wash concrete patio/ sidewalks, picnic tables, and exterior of the building. <br />o Replace the men restroom door and frame. <br />o Full roof replacement. <br />o Paint walls in the restrooms and kitchen.
