The buffer yard is to be landscaped with a combination of evergreen trees and deciduous trees such that the use is substantially screened from the adjacent residences.¾Existing Parking Area - Applicants will be removing existing bituminous curbing along the north property line and reinstalling curb and gutter in the same location. Survey shows 4.67 feet between curbing and north property line. 2 of the 3 trees to be removed. ¾New Parking Area – Proposing to add 13 parking spaces and trash enclosure between building and eastern property line with a buffer area ranging from 9.5 feet to 23.7 feet. 5 trees to be removed.
