Section 1325.05, Subd. 3 states that no lighting shall cast illumination that exceeds 1 foot candle on the travel lanes of adjoining public streets or 0.4 foot candles on adjoining residential properties.¾Applicants have submitted a lighting and photometric plan. ¾Existing parking lot has two flood lights attached to utility poles which will be removed. ¾Proposed lighting will be hooded and downcast style fixtures and photometric plan complies with city requirements.
