Attachment B <br />'It <br />�-AI I�N HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2023-026 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXHIBIT C FOR GRANT AGREEMENT <br />TO STATE TRANSPORTATION FUND <br />SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS PROGRAM GRANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />SAP 187-108-004, TIED TO SAP 187-020-025 AND 062-676-007 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has applied to the Commissioner of Transportation <br />for a grant from the Minnesota State Transportation Fund for Safe Routes to Schools; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has given notice that funding for this <br />project is available; and <br />WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $319,710.35 by reason of <br />the lowest responsible bid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills does hereby <br />agree to the terms and conditions of the grant consistent with Minnesota Statutes, section 174.40 <br />and will pay any additional amount by which the cost exceeds the estimate, and will return to the <br />Minnesota State Transportation Fund any amount appropriated for the project but not required. <br />The proper county officers are authorized to execute a grant agreement and any amendments <br />thereto with the Commissioner of Transportation concerning the above -referenced grant. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />22ND DAY OF MAY, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting <br />cityofardenhills. org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br />
