ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION — APRIL 24, 2023 5 <br />Councilmember Fabel stated that he was impressed with the volunteer work that has gone into <br />this project so far. <br />Mr. Kelliher said there is a lot of passion within the community to eradicate buckthorn, and many <br />people are involved. The city could make the designation of which park they'd like to start with <br />and if that changes that could be edited in at a later date. He also hopes to come back with more <br />information on interim solutions assuming Council decides to go forward with the long-term <br />solution of working with Great River Greening. <br />4.
