Website s Website s • The project microsite (RiceCreekCommons.com) will host project informa�on and an FAQ. The FAQ is intended to address themes of ques�ons the public has about the project. • Arden Hills will con�nue to host JDA mee�ng agendas, minutes and videos on its website. The Rice Creek Commons microsite will link to the informa�on. • Goff Public will review the Rice Creek Commons microsite and Arden Hills webpages to ensure consistency between the sites and be responsible for keeping the microsite updated. Contact form • The public will be able to ask ques�ons through a contact form on the Rice Creek Commons microsite. Ella Mitchell with Ramsey County will receive the forms, circulate them with the appropriate staff, and facilitate responses via email to those who submit forms. • The current goal of the contact form is to answer community ques�ons about the project, not serve as a vehicle for formal public comments. Addi�onal communica�ons tac�cs Newsletter • A Rice Creek Commons newsleter subscrip�on list has been established in Ramsey County’s GovDelivery system. Newsleters will be branded as Rice Creek Commons and JDA communica�ons, but the sender will be Ramsey County. Se�ng up the newsleter in this way will allow the JDA to u�lize the county’s newsleter system. • The public can subscribe to the newsleter on the Rice Creek Commons microsite. • The goal is to send a newsleter on a quarterly basis or more as there is informa�on to provide. Ramsey County and City of Arden Hills communications channels • Social media: Rather than crea�ng separate social media channels for Rice Creek Commons, project news and engagement opportuni�es will be shared through Ramsey County and Arden Hills channels. This will allow us to reach the exis�ng followers of these channels instead of trying to build a new following. • Newsleters: Goff Public will determine exis�ng Ramsey County and Arden Hills digital and print newsleters that might make sense to share informa�on about the project. • Internal communica�ons: Goff Public will determine exis�ng Ramsey County and Arden Hills internal communica�ons opportuni�es to share informa�on about the project. Community engagement • This communica�ons plan will support publicizing community engagement opportuni�es. The planning and facilita�on of community engagement opportuni�es will be coordinated by subject mater experts and community engagement professionals who have exper�se in the specific communi�es we hope to engage. A separate community engagement plan will guide this work.
