Public Works Director / City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Old Highway 10 Trail Improvements – Professional Services Agreement <br /> <br /> Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br /> $0 $226,443 PIR Fund <br /> <br />Council Should Consider <br /> <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br /> <br />• Professional Services Agreement with SRF Consulting in the amount not-to-exceed <br />of $226,443 to complete “Shovel-Ready” Design of the Old Highway 10 Trail <br />Project. <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />At the March 20, 2023 Work Session, City Council directed staff to receive engineering services <br />proposals to order “Shovel-Ready” design plans for the proposed Old Highway 10 Trail <br />Improvement Project. At the May 22, 2023 City Council Meeting, the proposal from SRF <br />Consulting was accepted, SRF has provided the Professional Services Agreement for formal <br />approval. City Staff recommends approval of the PSA with SRF. <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br /> <br />The Old Highway 10 Trail Improvements project is not programmed in the 2023-2027 CIP, <br />project funding would be derived from the City’s PIR fund. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />Attachment A: SRF PSA
