FEE <br />Retaining Walls: <br />- 1 of 2 systems: reinforced soil slope (RSS) or precast modular block (PMBW) <br />- 4 walls required (Walls A - D) <br /> - Wall A - 525-ft long <br /> - Wall B - 100-ft long <br /> - Wall C - 50-ft long <br /> - Wall D - 75-ft long <br />- If PMBW, assume a mix of gravity and reinforced walls <br />- Fall protection to be MnDOT standards wall-mounted chain link fence or <br />ornamental metal railing <br />- Foundation recommendations an global stability analysis (if req'd) by sub <br />(BRAUN) in other tasks <br />- Wall type to be selected in 30% plans and shown in layout. <br />- Wall design initiated for 60% plan development <br />Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) is the Minnesota Wetland Conservation <br />Act (WCA) Local Government Unit (LGU) for the project. <br />Level 2 field wetland delineation needed for entire project area, to be completed <br />by two SRF staff in two visits to the site. <br />Wetland delineation will be completed during the 2023 growing season as <br />defined by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) wetland delineation manual <br />and the Northcentral and Northeast Regional Supplement. <br />Client will provide review of the wetland delineation report prior to submittal to <br />the WCA LGU and USACE. <br />The WCA LGU will distribute the wetland report to members of the Technical <br />Evaluation Panel (TEP) with the WCA Notice of Application. <br />One on-site TEP meeting will be held, to be attended by one SRF staff person. <br />Submittals at 30/60/90/100 <br />PDF and 3 paper copies of final plans to be furnished to the City <br />Plans to include Title Sheet, SEQ, Construction Notes, Standard Plates, Typical <br />Sections, Removal Sheets, Plan and Profile for Trail/Drainage/Wall, Pavement <br />and Curb Restoration Sheets, Grading Plan, Erosion Control Sheets, SWPPP <br />Sheets, Cross Sections <br />SRF will prepare agency permit applications as required <br />Proposed project will result in impacts to aquatic resources. <br />Permanent wetland impacts are not eligible for the Local Government Road <br />Wetland Replacement Program (LGRWRP), and will be mitigated through the <br />purchase of wetland credits from a private mitigation bank. <br />SRF will assist the Client with locating adequate wetland replacement credits and <br />obtaining a Purchase Agreement to be included with the WCA/USACE Joint <br />Permit Application for proposed wetland impacts. <br />SRF will prepare a WCA / USACE Joint Application Form for aquatic resource <br />impacts. <br />If deemed necessary, one pre-permitting meeting with wetland regulatory <br />agencies will be held. <br />SRF will prepare an RCWD Permit Application. <br />Agency comments will result in up to one revision of each permit application. <br />SRF CONSULTING GROUP, INC.ENGINEERS AND PLANNERS 16750.PP_Arden Hills Old Highway 10 Costs_edit 051823.xlsx <br />MINNEAPOLIS.
