Sid IllIIlan, Ehlers and <br /> Associates, will be making a presentation on internal rates of return, developer profits and how a <br /> third party would review the need for assistance. <br /> Chairman Aplikowski stated that the group should be thinking about a spring business breakfast <br /> . to communicate with owners what is happening in the community and to gain feedback on <br /> issues.
