<br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BElT RESOLVED, that the aforesaid <br /> <br />parcel detached from the Village of Arden Hills is declared <br /> <br />to be free and clear of any bonded indebtedness levied thereon <br /> <br />or placed upon it by the Village of Arden Hills. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ramsey County Auditor is <br /> <br />authorized to transmit directly to the Village of New Brighton <br />assessments heretofore levied on the aforesaid property aad <br />now annexed to the Village of Arden Hills, but said authority <br />to transmit shall now <Lpply to any assessments hereafter levied <br /> <br />upon said property by the Village of Arden Hills. <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a typographical error occurred <br /> <br /> <br />in the description of the parcel described in the aforesaid <br /> <br /> <br />Arden Hills Resolution of November 30, 1970, describing property <br /> <br />to be detached from Arden Hills, said error occurring in the <br /> <br />fourth parcel on page 3 of said Resolution, and the corrected <br />description thereof should be as follows: <br /> <br />Unplatted lands/the North 107.21 feet of the <br />West 406.3 feet of the North 30 acres of the <br />South 80 acres of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 21, <br />Town 30, Range 23.
