<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-17 <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 26th <br /> <br />day of April, 1971, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: b-layor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson, and Herrick; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Hollenhorst introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON FLORAL DRIVE WATER IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Arden Hills lying generally along Floral Drive, west of Hamline <br /> <br />Avenue by the construction of watermain and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br /> <br />cost of the improvement purs~ant to Minn. Statutes, Sec. 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineer- <br />ing Company for study and that they are instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connec- <br />tion with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />
