". <br /> <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Herrick and upon vote being taken there- <br /> <br />on the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Councilman Herrick then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON FLORAL DRIVE WATER IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council shall meet at the Village Ball, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said village, o~1.'i .,. 1971 at 8:00 o'clock <br />p.m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of t'e tiffie, place, and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which publications s~all be a <br />week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than <br />three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />2.
