<br />"1. ~ "'... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON FLORAL DRIVE ~ATER IMPROVElmNT <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HIloLS, UINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 1450 <br />West Highway 96, in said village on the 2'-1 day of ~ <br />1971, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursu nt <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Floral <br />Drive Water Improvement consisting of the construction of water- <br />main and necessary appurtenances along Floral Drive, west of Hamline <br />Avenue all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the Village Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $ II~ ~ The area propbsed to be assessed <br />for the improvement shall bean those parcels of property <br />lying within the following: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter and the West Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 30 North, <br />Range 23 West. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor <br />may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time <br />and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: April 26, 1971 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Lorraine Stromquist <br />Village Clerk Administrator <br />
