<br />... <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-4 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF l-IINIJTES OF MEETING <br />of the Village Council <br />Village of Arden H1lls <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden H~ills, Ramsey County, <br />z.linnesota, was duly held in the Village riall at 1450 ~~st Highway <br />J_anuary 1971 <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the II+h day of ~-J..a7.o.,- <br />at 8100 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, <br />Counci Imen Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Herrick <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />Rf:SOLIJTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTION~lENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated sanitary Sewer <br /> <br /> <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was <br /> <br /> <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on <br /> <br />OCtober 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof <br /> <br /> <br />to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971: and <br /> <br />~rnEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess- <br /> <br />ments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 <br /> <br /> <br />'. and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which time assessments for <br />
