<br />Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended <br />as provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed <br />in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County. on December 30, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1970; and <br /> <br />~ffiEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a ,parcel of property con- <br /> <br /> <br />tained within said assessment roll as amended has been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract <br />where it has later been divided, sold ox conveyed, be made by the <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that the <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each <br /> <br />parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assessment to be <br /> <br />collected in the year 1971 and thereafter. <br />NOW. THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original <br />assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28. 1970 <br />and as amended as of November 30, 1970, against the following <br />described properties: <br /> <br />Original Assessment: A) BORSTAD LOT 7, Sec. 22, <br /> T. 30, R.23 <br />Division No. 042479 <br />Apportionment: 1) E 500 Ft of LOt 7 <br /> 2) EX E 500 Ft of LOt 7 <br /> <br />$5,840.00 <br /> <br />$4,320.00 <br /> <br />$1.520.00 <br /> <br />The Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution <br /> <br /> <br />and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />. <br />
