<br />-111... <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />,a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-1 <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />village council' <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />Held January 11, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 11th <br /> <br />day of January, 1971, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ma,yor Crepeau, Counci I men <br /> <br />Olmen, Hoflenhorst, Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Henderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br />AND PROVIDING POll. A PARTIAL REFUND <br />OF OVERPAYMENT OF PREPAYMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. On September 28, 1970 the Village Council duly conducted a <br />public assessment hearing and adopted an assessment roll relating <br />to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13. <br /> <br />2. On November 30, 1970 the village conducted an assessment <br />hearing relating to supplemental and reassessments for said <br />consolidated improvements. <br /> <br />3. That Ervin G. G{ere, 4275 North Hamline Avenue, st. Paul, <br />Minnesota was the owner of rroperty covered by Plate No. <br />25 02200 010 51 described as follcws: <br />
