<br />, <br /> <br />',> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Unplatted lands <br />Sub to Ramline <br />Ave the S 1/2 of <br />N 1/2 of NE 1/4 <br />of SW 1/4 of Sec 22 <br />T 30 R 23 <br /> <br />against which an original assessment at the time of the original <br />assessment hearing was made of $11,549.50, and that in accordance <br />with existing Council authority permitting prepayment within 30 <br />days after the adoption of the assessment roll of one-half of any <br />assessment, said property owner did pay the sum of $5,774.75. <br />Subsequent thereto and as a result of the supplemental ~Aae&BmQnt <br />hearing the total assessment for said property owner on the above <br />described property was reduced to $9,400.75. <br /> <br />4. The Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized to refund <br />the sum of $1,074.37 to Mr. Giere so that upon payment of said <br />refund the village will have received one-half of the revised <br />assessment, prepaid in accordance with prior Council action. <br /> <br />5. That the remaining balance due of said assessment in the <br />amount of $4,700.37 shall be certified to the county Auditor of <br />Ramsey COunty as the unpaid amount of assessments against said <br />described property to be spread, levied, and collected by Ramsey <br />County officials in like manner with other unpaid assessments of <br />said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by COuncilman <br /> <br />J..Io..-ri.....y <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: AI I <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br />
