<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, the 11th day of June, 1973, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Olmen and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilmen Hollenhorst and crichton <br /> <br />Councilman olmen introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7#-.;? b <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-.3 <br />DEClARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street Improvement <br />No. 72-3 of the Village of Arden Hills, in the area described <br />in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the <br />contract price for such improvement is $ 22,500 and the <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 9,636 so that the total cost of <br />the improvement will be $ 32,136 and of this cost the <br />Village will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the village Council of <br />the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br />
