<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ 32,136 <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk Administrator, together with the <br />assistance of the Village consulting engineer and Fiscal <br />Consultant, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to <br />be specially assessed for such improvement against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by <br />law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment <br />in her office for public inspection. The Village Clerk <br />Administrator may arrange for the assistance of Data processing <br />of the county of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed <br />assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion <br />of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for <br />their further action and for their setting of an assessment <br />hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Herrick, and upon Vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
