It) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City 'Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />November 27, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of <br />November, 1978, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Woodburn <br />and Councilmen Crichton, Hanson, and Wingert; and the following <br />was absent: Mayor Crepeau <br />Also present were: Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk Admini- <br /> <br />strator; Don Lamb, City Treasurer; Don Christoffersen, City <br /> <br />consulting, engineer; and Peter S. Popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit showing <br />publication of notice of. hearing on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-78-3 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />October 30, 1978, which affidavit was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk Admini- <br />strator. The City Clerk Administrator also exhibited a Cer- <br />tificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br />~ owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satis- <br />factory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />1 <br />
