<br />" <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 16th <br /> <br /> <br />day of October, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and Woodburn; and the <br />following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 78-~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT SS_W-P-ST-78-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on August 28, 1978, the City Consulting Engineer has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W-P-ST-78-4 and <br /> <br />has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement <br />for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifi- <br />cations.
