<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-.. <br /> <br />shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work <br />to be done, shall call for bids on the basis of a cash payment <br />for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by <br />the City Clerk Administrator and Consulting Engineer until <br />2:00 o'clock p.m. on Novemberl3, 1978, at which time they <br />will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Clerk <br />Administrator and City Consulting Engineer, will then be <br />tabulated,and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. on November 13, 1978 in the Council Chambers and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br />certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Administrator <br />for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hanson, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br />said resolution ,was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~' <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br />
