<br />~ <br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />..", <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 16th <br /> <br />day of October, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and Woodburn; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 78-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENTS W-77-5 AND W-78-2 and IMPROVEMENT W-78-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City, <br /> <br />said bids were received on October 13, 1978, at 2:00 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m., opened and tabulated according to law, and the following <br /> <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />C.
