Houle Landscaping Co. <br />of St. Pau I, MI nn.sota is the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder a.t the tabulated price of $5" ,661.50 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />C.W. Houl. Landscaping Co. <br /> <br />for $5",661.'0 <br /> <br />in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the above improve- <br /> <br />ments according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits <br /> <br />made with their bids except the deposits of the successful <br /> <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until <br /> <br />... contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Woodburn, and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />
