SS-W-P-ST-78-4 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OP AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of tbe real property for approximately 5.5 acres <br /> <br />located east of and adjacent to Snelling Avenue, approximately <br /> <br />2,400 feet south of S.T.H. 96 in the City of Arden Hills re- <br /> <br />questing that the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, <br /> <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and storm drainage <br /> <br />facilities, and necessary appurtenances at said location and <br />
