<br />~ <br />\ <br /> <br />requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed <br />against their property. and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of tbe Council adopted <br /> <br />May 22, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City consulting <br /> <br />Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was <br /> <br />received by the Council on <br /> <br />Auaust 28. 1978 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City council of tbe <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in acoordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the city consulting En9'ineer. <br /> <br />3. The City consulting Engineer is hereby desiqnated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The IIIOtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Win ge rt <br /> <br />and upon roll <br /> <br />call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: A II <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. ~ <br />
