<br />t <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City council <br />Ci ty 0 f Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, ninnesota <br /> <br />Heldt August 28, 1918 <br /> <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of August, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present; Mayor crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and Woodburn~ and the fol- <br />lowing were absent: None. <br />Also in attendance were: Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk <br />Administrator 1 James S. Lynden of Stringer, Donnelly, Courtney, <br />Cowie " llObleder, City AttorneY1 Donald Christoffersen of Short, <br />Blliot, Hendrickson, City Consul tinq Enqineer 1 oonald Lamb, City <br />Treasuxer~ and Peter S. popovich of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson <br />" Plynn, City Bond Consultant. <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit showing <br />publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br />Improvement No. W-p-SS-76-l in the New Brighton Bulletin on <br />August 10, 1978, whicb affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, <br />and ordered placed on file. The Clerk Administrator also <br />exhibited a Certificate of nailing Notice of Hearing to all <br />affected property owners. <br />MAYOR CREPBAU: I will ask Hr. Christoffersen to explain <br />Improvement No. 76-1, Karth Lake. <br />MR. CBlUSTOFFBRSEN: The Karth Lake improvement is similar <br />to the Chatham. It consists of watermain, streets, and sanitary <br />
