The assessments will come out to $5,455.00
per lot with approximately $160.00 more for that portion that
carries the area charge for the sanitary sewer at the $620.00
divided worked out per area so it will approximate $5,615.00.
The assessments will be over a 20 year period of time at an 8%
carryinq charge with the usual right of prepayment in the next
30 days or at the end of each year in any year thereafter if
it' s not paid wi thin the next 30 day period of time.

The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con-

sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment.

All persons present were then given the opportunity to present

oral objections, and all written objeotions theretofore filed

with the City Clerk Administrator were presented and considered,

and all such objections were tabulated as follows:

There were no written communications.

MR. MARCEL ElBENSTEINER, owner of the 1<arth Lake project:
Purchased the back half of several pieces of property, and
asked if the owners who have their homes on the front portion
of the property would be assessed. Mr. Christoffersen replied
that there were no assessments on the front portions of the
lots abutting on Hamline Avenue.

14RS. ELEANOR HARTMARK, 1280 west Hiqhway 96: Asked if
their property would receive the street improvement. Mr.
Christoffersen replied that there would be no street assessment,
but there would be a water and sewer assessment. Mrs. Hartmark
said that they have a lot to the south, and Mr. Christoffersen
answered that that was part of the development that the Hart-
marks had worked out wi th the developer and that is reduced for
water and sewer and street.
