P-77-4 <br />DECLARING COS'!' '1'0 BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-77-4 <br />for the City of Arden H;Uls consisting of the construction of <br />bituminous surfacing of a 44 foot roadway, concrete curb and <br />gutter, necessary drainage, right-of-way acquisition, and neces- <br />sary appurtenances generally in the area bounded by Lexington <br />Avenue on the east, Snelling Avenue on the west, County Road E <br />on the north, and 1400 feet south of County ROad E on the south, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the ariginal hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $ 100 700 ooand the other expenses <br /> <br />. <br />
