'1'he cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 103,288.00 . <br /> <br />2. '1'he City Clerk Administrator, together with the assist- <br />ance of the City COnsulting Engineer, shall fOrthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law. <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in hi. <br />office for public inspection. The City Clerk Administrator may <br />arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of <br />the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assess- <br />ment roll. <br /> <br />3.
