Actual computation of appli- cable costs hereunder shal' be mada by the Budgeting and Accounting Division of the County Administrator's Office and payment therefore ~hell be made on Its monthly statement, payable to the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation. It Is understood that a cost estimate for each su~ceedins calendar year's services ~i'i be furnished to the Municipality no later than August I, and if accepted by the Municipal ity no later than October 15, shall be incorporated by reference in the proposed Agreement for the succeeding year. 8. It is understood that prosecut~ons for violations of ordinance or state statute, together with disposition of all fines collected pursuant thereto,ih~11 be in accordance with the Ramsey County MunicIpal Court Act, 14innasota Statute, Chapter 488A. 9. Tha Ramsey County Sheriff's offica shall submit to the Municipality monthly activity reports detailing the activities of the Sheriff's Office within the Gity.
