It is understood between the Partlos hereto that upon <br />. lloTlce given by either Party, negotiations wi II be undertaken for the <br />purpose of revising, adding or striking any of the provisions of this <br /> <br />contract which it appears are in dispute, are ~nworkable, or are <br /> <br />lrilufflcient as herein set ~orth; and that such changes, if any, when <br /> <br />agreed to, will be entered by supplemental contract, which sh~11 have <br /> <br />the same effecT as though it had bean orlginally a provision of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />13. it Is further understood that thIs Agreement shall take <br /> <br />effect upon being approved end executed by both parties hereto. The <br />County agrees to notify the Municipality forth~lth upon said approva~ <br /> <br />by the Board of Commissioners. <br />14.
