<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HIllS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-64 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Arden Hills City Cc,un,cil has reviewed the provisions <br />of a Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Shoreview. the City of <br />Arden Hills. the City of North Oaks, and the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br />Department. Inc.. which has been dated the 3rd day of October <br /> <br />1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Arden Hills City Council has determined that it would <br />be in the best interests of the City of Arden Hills to enter into such <br /> <br />agreement, <br /> <br />NOW.
