<br />CITY OF NORTH OAKS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 529 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the North Oaks City Council has reviewed the provisions <br />of a Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Shoreview, the City of <br />Arden Hills, the City of North Oaks, and the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br />Department, Inc., which has been dated the _,L day of October <br />1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the North Oaks City Council has determined that it would <br /> <br />be in the best i nteres ts of the City of North Oaks to enter into such <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. be it resolved that the Mayor and Clerk of <br /> <br />the City of North Oaks are hereby authorized to execute the attached Fire <br /> <br />Protection Agreement. <br /> <br />Passed by the North Oaks City Council on the <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> <br />, 1977. <br /> <br />ATTESTED BY: <br /> <br />_~~",."J".;. <br />Clerk , --,. <br /> <br />. <br />
