<br />j <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-64 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Ccuncil has reviewed the provisions <br />of a Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Shoreview, the City of <br />Arden Hills, the City of North Oaks, and the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br />Depar'tment, Inc., which has been dated the 3rd day of October <br />1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has detennined that it would <br />be in the best interests of the City of Arden Hills to enter into such <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFDRE, be it resolved that the Mayor and Clerk of <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills are hereby authorized to execute the attached Fire <br /> <br />Protection Agreement. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hi 11 s Ci ty Counci 1 on the II th day of Octobe r , 19.77. <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> <br />ATTESTED BY: <br /> <br />~~W#J;JJ <br />C erk <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />j <br />
