V/ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the membership of the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br /> <br />Department, Inc. has reviewed the terms of a proposed Fire Protection <br /> <br />Agreement between the City of Shoreview. the City of Arden Hills. the <br /> <br /> <br />City of North Oaks. and the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, <br /> <br />Inc., dated the :7""-tt,1 day of t1~,-6:A'l7 <br /> <br />. 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the membership pursuant to its by-laws. rules and <br /> <br />regulations. has voted to approve the terms of such agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Fire Chief and the <br /> <br />Secretary of the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department. Inc.. are hereby <br />authorized to execute the attached agreement. <br /> <br />Passed by the membership of the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department.
