Mileage Reimbursement; Attendance at Training Schools <br />or Seminars. Each employee covered hereunder shall <br />be entitled to receive. $.lS per mile reimbursement <br />on account of his use of a private vebicle to trevel <br />to and from a recognized school of training or a <br />seminar wbich will enhance bis.knowledge in a field <br />directly connected with or related to the functions <br />he performs aa an employee of tbe Employer; provided, <br />bowever, tbat his attendance at any aucb acbool or <br />seminar must bave been first approved by tbe Super- <br />intendent of the Public Works Department before tb. <br />employee will be entitled to attend such school or <br />seminar and to obtain tbe aforesaid reimbursement. <br /> <br />H. Compensatory Time-Off in Lieu of Overtime Pay. Each <br />said employee shall be entitled to take, in lieu of <br />overtime pay for overtime hours worked, compensatory <br />tiae-off based upon one and one-balf (1~) hours per <br />hour of overtime work; or in lieu of standby status <br />pay, compensatory, tiae-off on an hour for bour basis. <br />Whenever, at tbe end of a pay period, he has aCCUmU- <br />lated aore than forty (40) bours, he must use the <br />amount over forty (40) during tbe following pay period <br />or be paid in cash. <br /> <br />I. Injury on Duty.
