SS-W-80-2 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 1000..6 OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of the real property in the area bounded by County Road E <br /> <br />on the north, Old Snelling Avenue on the east, and Arden Lane on <br /> <br />the south and west in the City of Arden Hills requesting that the <br /> <br />City install sanitary sewer and watermain, and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire <br /> <br />cost of said improvement be assessed against their property, and <br />
