<br />...-# <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />August 11, 1980, a report has been prepared by the City consulting <br /> <br />engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the council on September 8, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City consulting engineer. <br /> <br />3. The City consulting engineer is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by councilman Woodburn, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the fOllowing voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~ <br />~ <br /> <br />
