<br />, <br />"~ <br /> <br />". <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />~-#'~-'I.3' <br /> <br />,.. <br />, '. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting. <br />of City Council <br />city of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held August 18, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a'special meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday~ the 18th <br />day of August, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert and Woodburn; and the following <br />was absent: Councilman Crichton. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk <br />Administrator; Donald .Christoffersen of Short,. Elliot and <br />Hendrickson, Inc., city Consulting Engineer; 'Donald Lamb, <br />City Treasurer; and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, <br /> <br />Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit showing <br /> <br />publication of Notice of Hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-78-3 in the New Brighton Bulletin on <br /> <br />July 31,1980, which affidavit was examined, found,satisfactory, <br /> <br />and ordered placed on file. The Clerk Administrator also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Mr. Christoffersen, will you please briefly <br />explain the improvement~ <br /> <br />MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: The improvement consists of sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, sanitary sewer services, water services, storm <br />drainage and streets. Streets include concrete curb and gutter <br />and bituminous surfacing. This development not only serves the <br />
