Mr. Popovich, would you explain <br />the financing. <br /> <br />MR. POPOVICH: We had a feasibility hearing on November 27, <br />1978. At that time the total cost was estimated to be' <br />$200,000. The tot al cost of the improvement as it finally <br />ended up was $221,052.15. The sanitary sewer portion will be <br />assessed at $1,914.38 per lot; water will be at $2,115.21; , <br />and the street and drainage $7,392.65. There are 20 lats that <br />will be assessed for sanitary sewer and water and the street, <br />and 19 for street and drainage so that there's a different <br />amount you have depending on where the lot is. Add those <br />figures. together. <br /> <br />No bonds were issued on this project, and it was financed <br />internally so we're recommending 20 years with the maximum of <br />8% carrying charge with the normal right of prepayment. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Do you have any written questions or <br />Objections? <br /> <br />MRS.
