<br />-'" <br /> <br />-~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br />.... <br /> <br />/.::fue~Gr;;i-Pt <br /> <br />,fZ! -).1 >-- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held August 18, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special, meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills; Minnesota was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the. 18th <br />day of August, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and. <br />Councilmen Hanson; Wingert and Woodburni and the following <br />was absent: Councilman Crichton. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk <br />Administratori Donald Christoffersen of Short, Elliot and <br /> <br />Hendrickson, Inc., City Consulting Engineeri Donald Lamb, <br />City Treasurer; and Peter S~ Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, <br /> <br />Knutson & Flynni City Bond Consultant. <br />The City Clerk Admdnistrator presented an affidavit showing <br />publication of Notice of Hearing on the proposed assessment for <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-78-6 in the New Brighton Bulletin on <br />July 31, 1980, which affidavit was exaIliined, found sa.tisfactory, <br />and ordered placed on file. The Clerk Administrator also <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Mr. Christoffersen, will you explain <br />the improvement involved. <br /> <br />MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: This improvement was to serve Karth <br />Lake South,. previously known as the Wynridge Development. It <br />has been platted as Karth Lake South. It includes sanitarY sewer, <br />
