<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />-, <br /> <br />I' <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />watermain, sanitary sewer services, water services, storm <br />drainage facilities and streets which includes concrete curb and <br />gutter..and bituminous surfacing. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Our fiscal consultant, Mr. Popovich, would <br />you explain the financing. <br /> <br />MR. POPOVICH: This improvement was petitioned for by 100% <br />of the property owners. Therefore, no feasibility hearing was <br />necessary. The total cost turned out to be $410,100.22. There <br />are 53 lots involved.. Again, based on the unit charge, that's <br />$1,243.92 for sanitary sewer, $1,775.93 for water; $4,717.89 <br />for streets and drainage, for a to tal of $7,737.74 per lot <br />for the improvement. . <br /> <br />Since we sold no bonds here either, and this has been <br />financed internally, we're recommending that the assessments be <br />spread over 20 years with the usual 8% carrying charge and <br />the normal rights. of prepayment. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: Mrs. McNiesh, were there any.written <br />questions or objections? <br /> <br />MRS. Me NIESH: There were none. <br /> <br />MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: I believe there are only 52 actual lots <br />in the development but the developer asked that. an additional <br />service be placed on one lot fora future subdivision of that <br />lot so in effect it would be two lots rather than one, so <br />that's why the additional service. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: If there are no changes in the assessment <br />roll, a motion is in order to, adopt the resolution determining <br />the assessment roll on Improvement 78-6. ' <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert then introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-78~6 against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby <br />
