Extraot of Minutes of Meeting- of Ci1:y Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey Coun1:y, Minnesota Held: June 30, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the, City of Arden Bills met in regular session at the City Hall on Nonday, the 30th day of June, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following II'elIlbers were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen Hanson, Cbriohton and WOOdburn, and the following was absent: councilman Wingert. Councilman Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: -. Resolution No. 80-35 llESOLOTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC BEARING ON IMPROVEMElW NO. P-80-1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Ci1:y of Arden Hills as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 14, 1980, the Council has directed the City Consulting Engineers to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the City of Arden Hills on County Road E from Lexington Avenue, west to Highway 51 by the installa1:ion of underground power and telephone facili1:ies, decorative Itg-h1:ing, walkways, traffic cbannelization and landscaping, and necessary appur- tenances. The Consul1:ing Engineers were also directed to inClude in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost es1:imate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment No. P-80-1. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City, on July 28, 1980, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holdinq a public hearing on the pro- posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause no1:ice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, New Brighton Bulle1:in, which publica1:ions shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
