P-80-l <br />CITY OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Bills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Ball, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on the 28th day of July, 1980, at <br />8:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Im- <br />provement No. P-80-l, including all that property on County <br />Road E from Lexington Avenue, west to Bighway 51 by the <br />installation of underground power and telephone facilities, <br />deoorati ve lighting, walkways, traffic channelization and <br />landscaping, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to publiC inspection in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$630,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the Improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Sec. 27, <br />T. 30, R. 23 south of the Soo Line Rail- <br />road tracks, the North one-half (N%) of <br />the North East Quarter (NE~) of Sec. 34, <br />T. 30, R. 23 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June 30, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />City Clerk Administrator <br />
